What are your payment and Incoterm options?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and 30% deposit with 70% before shipment.
Supported Incoterms: FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen, DDP to your warehouse or door, air and sea freight on request.
Can you ship DDP to my warehouse in the US?
Yes. We ship DDP to US warehouses and delivery addresses through KYE and other cross-border partners, with full traceability. We hold Alibaba’s verified cross-border fulfillment certification.
Do you handle exports and customs documentation?
Export documentation is handled in-house. We hold Alibaba’s verified cross-border fulfillment capability and support FOB, DDP, air and sea freight.
